Inpursuit
inpursuit is an ongoing journey of my experiences through places of transient moments, experiences and existences. It’s a journey without any specific context of time or space - in search of everyday revelations leaping over borders of everyday.
It’s a projection of my self via the mediation of subjects, perceptually gaining a deeper understanding of the chaos, faith, desire & the dreams inside of me.
As I travail across the prisons of my mind and the freedom of my soul, I find myself on many journeys, without a destination. The more I step into the labyrinth outside of me, the deeper I find myself into the one inside of me. Shrouded by loneliness as I go deeper, there is no one to be found, not even myself. Just the remains of the beauty & the emptiness of my hollow self. 2012 Photography -
Dancing Feet
My first ballet shoot when I stood at the edge of the stage capturing the beauty of those dancing feet. Young girls dressed like fairies moving swiftly in perfect synchrony to the tunes of a ballet. I attempted to capture the swift movements of those slender legs, balancing expertly on their tip toes. The surface found the edge of their nimble toes bathing in an other-worldly light. Coincidentally, I was on my toes too!
